Illinois Licensed Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a full-time W2 Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner with an Illinois license.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of care

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and respond to administrative tasks

Required Qualifications

Active national board certification as a WHNP, FNP, or similar

Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health

Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider

Active, unrestricted state license in at least 2 specified states, including Illinois

Experience in telemedicine is a plus
