Locums NP / PA Family Practice Clinic Only WA Why This Role
- Inpatient Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner coverage within a psychiatric facility
- Consistent 0.6 FTE schedule with manageable patient load
- Supportive team environment Assignment Details
- Practice Setting : Inpatient (psychiatric facility)
- Schedule : 0.6 FTE (24 hours weekly)
- Shift Details : Tue / Thu / Fri (4.8 hrs per day); Wed (9.6 hrs)
- Patient Load : 4a'6 per shift
- Beds per Unit : 35 (provider covers one floor)
- EMR : Epic
- Support Staff : RNs, psychiatric providers, and ancillary staff
- Procedures : Minimal; outpatient-level primary care expectations Requirements
- Washington license
- DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority
- BLS (AHA)
- Experience in family practice, geriatrics, or young adult populations
- Preferred : Experience with mentally ill or psychiatric patient populations Compensation
- Rates : Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice : Provided
- Travel : Reimbursed
