As a Security Officer - Tech / Media Front Desk in Alpharetta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a leading technology-oriented location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing a welcoming presence and supporting security-related protocols. Your role will focus on monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, and maintaining detailed logs to help deter incidents. Through strong communication and exceptional customer service, you will contribute to a positive environment, reflecting our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork while acting with integrity in every interaction.

Mon 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Tue 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Wed 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sat 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

Sun 07 : 00 AM - 03 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
