Job Title : Brand Evangelist – Channel Growth & Partner Engagement
Position Type : Full Time Onsite
Role Overview : We’re seeking an energetic, relationship-oriented Brand Evangelist to be the face of GoExceed in the channel.
This role combines sales enablement, event networking, and marketing coordination to expand GoExceed’s channel presence, educate partner sales reps, and generate qualified leads for our internal sales team.
You’ll represent GoExceed at industry events, lead partner training, communicate MDF (Market Development Fund) opportunities, and celebrate wins — all with the goal of driving partner engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
This position is based out of our Elmhurst, Illinois headquarters and requires being onsite when not traveling to ensure strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Channel Engagement & Representation
- Attend industry and channel events to network with sales reps, agents, and partner companies.
- Present GoExceed’s value proposition to partner sales teams (both in-person and virtual).
- Act as a brand ambassador to ensure consistent messaging and visibility across the channel.
Partner Activation & Lead Development
Motivate and educate partner reps to promote and sell GoExceed’s solutions.Identify and recruit new selling partners through events, referrals, and outbound efforts.Qualify and submit leads to the GoExceed sales team for demos and deal progression.Marketing & MDF Coordination
Promote and manage GoExceed’s MDF programs with partners.Collaborate with marketing to execute co-branded campaigns, webinars, and promotional initiatives.Track MDF performance metrics and report ROI on partner activities.Relationship Management & Retention
Celebrate wins with partner reps to strengthen loyalty and brand advocacy.Maintain ongoing communication with active partners to encourage repeat business.Provide feedback from the field to improve messaging, enablement tools, and partner support.Prospecting & Outreach
Conduct targeted cold calls and follow-ups to expand GoExceed’s channel ecosystem.Support pre- and post-event engagement to drive sustained channel momentum.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

3–5+ years in channel sales, partner development, or field marketing (preferably in SaaS, IT, or telecom)Confident and engaging public speaker; comfortable presenting to sales teams or executivesProven success, building partner relationships and driving indirect sales growthHighly organized, self-motivated, and proactive communicatorExperience with CRM tools (HubSpot) and Microsoft TeamsMust be based in Elmhurst, IL and able to work onsite when not travelingWilling to travel 25–40% for events, trainings, and meetingsWhy you’ll love it here
