We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project & Program Management III professional to lead complex technical projects across multiple teams and functions. This role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering IT infrastructure, software, and network projects from initiation through post-deployment support. You will partner with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, quality, budget, and timeline objectives. The position offers an opportunity to drive process improvements, manage risks, and influence project delivery strategies in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while supporting multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
Accountabilities
- Plan, manage, and coordinate multiple cross-functional technical projects, including network, server, software implementations, and PC deployments.
- Partner with functional teams through project initiation, design, procurement, deployment, and post-deployment phases.
- Track program milestones, timelines, deliverables, and asset management across data centers and warehouses.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, process documents, risk analysis, and post-project evaluations.
- Define project scope, objectives, and technical feasibility, driving project lifecycle milestones and advocating change management.
- Monitor project performance using metrics and KPIs, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and executives.
- Act as a point of contact for vendor partners and internal stakeholders, coordinating meetings and facilitating communication.
- Identify gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (B.S. / B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.2–5 years of project management experience in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, preferably supporting network hardware, data centers, or IT infrastructure.2+ years of experience with data center lifecycles and / or large-scale networks.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey updates to stakeholders and executives.Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, organize priorities, and adapt to changing demands.Self-starter with quick learning capabilities for new tools, processes, and technologies.Strong analytical skills, including risk management, metrics tracking, and problem-solving.Preferred Skills :
Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM).Knowledge of change management practices.Familiarity with OSI model and various project management methodologies.Benefits
