Trial Attorney

We are seeking an experienced trial attorney to join our litigation team and handle a robust caseload of personal injury matters from initial case evaluation through trial. The ideal candidate will possess strong courtroom skills, exceptional negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value cases while collaborating with a dedicated team of legal professionals committed to excellence in client advocacy.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Draft and file litigation documents including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and motions
• Conduct and prepare clients for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Argue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in Court
• Take and defend percipient and expert depositions
• Prepare pre-trial documents and trial materials
• Active participation in trial
• Strategically litigate cases by obtaining key evidence to work up case file
• Draft mediation briefs and attend mediation, active participation in negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel

Salary range : $145,000 - $185,000.

The firm also offers a 401(k) plan with an employer match available after a vesting period. The firm provides ten paid holidays and four half-day holidays. Employees have 80 hours of sick leave each calendar year and accrue vacation at a rate of 3.36 hours per pay period.
