We are seeking a Principal Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of complex, enterprise-grade data integration and transformation architectures. This role involves partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions while guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring architects. You will have the opportunity to shape data strategies, influence technology adoption, and drive innovation across modern data ecosystems, including cloud data warehouses, data lakes, and AI / ML workloads. Accountabilities :
- Lead enterprise-level data integration, transformation, and AI / ML architecture engagements across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
- Partner with senior customer stakeholders to define business objectives and translate them into scalable technical solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Develop and maintain reference architectures, reusable frameworks, and internal enablement assets to scale the field organization.
- Mentor and coach architects and consultants on best practices, advanced data replication, and deployment strategies.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to influence roadmap decisions and drive innovation.
- Represent the organization in workshops, executive briefings, and partner discussions, providing strategic technical guidance.
- Lead initiatives that prepare customers for AI workloads, ensuring compliance, data quality, and operational excellence.
Requirements
12+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, solution engineering, or consulting leadership, with expertise in modern data platforms.Deep technical knowledge of cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), data lakes, orchestration tools (Airflow, dbt, SQLMesh, Prefect), and metadata / catalog solutions.Proven experience with enterprise replication from relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, SAP) to analytical or lakehouse platforms, including log-based replication and schema mapping.Practical knowledge of Delta Lake or Apache Iceberg, containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), Linux-based deployments, and infrastructure orchestration tools.Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation, troubleshooting, and operational hand-offs.Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills with experience engaging executive stakeholders.Experience with Fortune 500 or high-growth enterprise customers, including data modernization, cloud migration, or AI / ML-enabled pipelines.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex architectural trade-offs, ROI, and technical guidance.Benefits
