KAU- LTC LPN (12 / 8)

Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer. Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.Description : Ka'u Hospital is a 21 bed critical access hospital in rural Hawaii that has a family practice rural health clinic on site.A LPN with experience working in LTC setting is required for a position at our facility. This will be a Variable : 13-week assignment : 12-hour shifts = 6 shifts x 2-week period
