Insurance Recruiter

Insurance Recruiter needed for large insurance agency with multiple offices across 11states. Corporate office is located in Scottsdale AZ area. The Recruiter can be remote or work out of their Scottsdale AZ office while recruiting for the agencys multiple offices. If remote, will be required to travel to Scottsdale office on a monthly basis. This role will be recruiting for Producer candidates for their agency offices. HOURS : Full-Time Hours, Mon-Fri, 8 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM DURATION : Direct Hire FLEXIBILITY : Client offers a Flexible work from home policy but does prefer that the recruiter go into their office at least once a month to meet with hiring managers. If local to their office then they will require at least once a week in the office. PAY : $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. .
