Senior Cloud Engineer

Location : Boston, MA - Hybrid (1 day / week onsite)

Our client is actively seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to join their Infrastructure team. This is a strategic role focused on designing and implementing robust networking solutions across both on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Cisco, AWS, and / or Azure , and a strong background in infrastructure and networking-covering hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, ISE), network security, and LAN-MAN-WAN architecture using industry-standard technologies.

This role offers the opportunity to lead projects end-to-end-from gathering requirements and presenting technical proposals to deploying and maintaining solutions. Our client is looking for someone who brings a strong commitment to technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement, and who can help drive innovation and transformation within their IT organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network solutions across hybrid environments.
• Enhance network performance, security, and automation through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement remediation strategies to ensure infrastructure security.
• Collaborate on Infrastructure as Code efforts using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and Git.
• Create and maintain operational documentation and participate in on-call support rotations.
