Converting Operator - Tier One Location : Sussex, WI

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 6 : 45 AM - 3 : 00 PM Full-Time | Day Shift

What Youll Do

Operate converting machines with accuracy and care

Inspect products visually and physically to prevent defects

Record production and quality data promptly and correctly

Pack and palletize finished goods for shipment

Maintain production supplies and minimize machine downtime

Communicate effectively during shift handoffs

Participate in 5S and housekeeping initiatives

Assist coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment

What You Bring

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Basic math and computer skills

Strong attention to detail and reliability

Physical ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and stand for extended periods

Willingness to work overtime as needed

A team-first attitude and dependable work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

High School diploma or GED

3+ years of consistent work history, ideally in a manufacturing or production setting
