Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location : New York, NY

Duration : 2 months+ (possibility of extension)

Shift : 8 AM - 4 : 00 PM, Mon to Fri

Pay rate : $45 / hr. on W2

Note : Stipend is also provided to the candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility.

Licensing and Certification :

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as LPN is required
• LPN - Issuing Agency : New York State Department of Health is required
• Basic Life Saver (BLS) is required
