As a key member of the Executive Leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer leads and manages the financial operations of FV Services, LLC and all its subsidiaries. The CFO is responsible for fiscal planning, accounting, reporting, and operational control systems, including the investment of company funds, capital structure and optimal financing options, strategic direction, cash‑flow tracking, and oversight of the accounting, finance, purchasing, and IT departments.
They report the organization’s economic and financial health to all appropriate Boards and Committees, investors, financial institutions, and Resident committees, as required, and play a pivotal role in innovation and opportunities to open new lines of business through the production of pro‑formas and projections.
