Chief Financial Officer

Friendship Village Senior Services is a high‑performance, nationally ranked, faith‑based nonprofit senior living company with a 50‑year history and a strong financial position.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership team, the Chief Financial Officer leads and manages the financial operations of FV Services, LLC and all its subsidiaries. The CFO is responsible for fiscal planning, accounting, reporting, and operational control systems, including the investment of company funds, capital structure and optimal financing options, strategic direction, cash‑flow tracking, and oversight of the accounting, finance, purchasing, and IT departments.

They report the organization’s economic and financial health to all appropriate Boards and Committees, investors, financial institutions, and Resident committees, as required, and play a pivotal role in innovation and opportunities to open new lines of business through the production of pro‑formas and projections.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Significant experience as a controller, CFO, or in Management Information Systems.
• Experience in the senior‑living industry is preferable but not required; knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Life‑Care, insurance, home health, and other post‑acute care programs is beneficial.
• Ten years of overall finance leadership experience is preferred.
• A proven track record of leading successful organizational change through collaboration and the ability to execute on a vision.
