In this CCU RN role, you’ll assume primary responsibilities that underscore your expertise and leadership.

You’ll conduct comprehensive patient assessments, interpret complex telemetry and arterial lines, and respond decisively to evolving physiology, including ventilator weaning, sedation management, and hemodynamic optimization.

You’ll participate in daily rounds with the multidisciplinary team, guide bedside nurses and student practitioners, and engage in thorough family conferences that translate complex medical concepts into compassionate explanations.

Your clinical decisions will be data-driven and aligned with current ICU best practices, while you mentor others in evidence-based care, infection control, and rapid problem-solving.

• Extension opportunities are available, allowing you to lengthen rewarding contracts if you choose, or rotate to neighboring units to broaden your CCU experience.
• You won’t travel alone—24 / 7 support is provided by a dedicated travel program team, delivering real-time assistance for housing, credentials, onboarding, and on-call needs so you can focus on patient care and professional growth.
• You’ll have guaranteed hours of 36.0 per week, with the potential for additional coverage as units demand, ensuring predictable income and stability within your travel schedule.
