Job Description

This is a skilled production role, not a general warehouse or unskilled labor position . You’ll play a key role in the final stages of our print production—cutting, binding, laminating, packaging, and assembling materials. The right candidate enjoys hands-on work with fine materials, has good manual dexterity, and can work precisely with paper, cardstock, and specialty finishes.

The role requires :

Strong attention to detail.

Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and aligning materials

Ability to follow precise instructions and maintain quality standards

Apply if you enjoy hands-on work where accuracy and craftsmanship matter. If you don't enjoy detailed, hands-on craft work, this role is probably not the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a guillotine cutter to trim printed sheets accurately

Perform coil binding and other common binding methods

Laminate printed materials using standard laminating equipment

Hand collate, fold, and assemble multi-page documents or kits

Package and label completed orders for local delivery or shipping

Stock and stage paper, covers, and other finishing supplies

Lift and move boxes of paper or printed products (up to 50 Lbs.)

Maintain a clean and organized finishing area

Assist with other finishing tasks such as drilling, padding, shrink-wrapping, and packing orders

Stand and move throughout the production floor for extended periods

Follow all safety procedures and quality control standards

Requirements

Prior experience in print finishing, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred

Comfort with paper cutters, bindery machines, laminators, and basic shipping tools (training provided)

Ability to lift up to 50 Lbs. regularly

Comfortable working on your feet most of the day

Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Punctual and dependable
