Part-Time Administrative Assistant
The Plant Administrative Assistant oversees maintaining schedules, checking drivers in and out, ensuring all paperwork is in order, and communicating with headquarters.
Job Type : Part-time
Shift Hours : Monday through Friday - 5 : 00PM-10 PM (Additional Hours may be available)
Work Location : In person – Bolckow, MO
Education :
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience :
Administrative Assistant : 1 year (Preferred)Tasks

Responsible for :
Printing the daily inbound and outbound schedule.Sending daily inventory sheets to headquarters.Ordering lab equipment and office supplies to keep the facility stocked.Preparing paperwork for outbound bulk loads.Preparing paperwork for inbound dry van loads.Checking drivers in and ensuring they have the proper paperwork.Following up with carriers that have unload appointments.Scanning and filing paperwork for each order that comes into and goes out of the facility.Maintaining paperwork associated with Safe Feed / Safe Food and SAGARPA certifications.Proper labeling of files.Receiving inbound packages and sending out mail.Must be able to maintain good housekeeping practices in the office and breakroom.Must comply with all safety rules and procedures.Must wear and maintain the required protective clothing and equipment.Skills
