We are currently seeking a full-time Pediatric Dentist to join a well-established and thriving pediatric dental practice located in Midlothian, VA , a vibrant and growing suburb of Richmond.

About the Practice

Busy pediatric-focused practice with 7 years of strong community presence

Modern, child-friendly environment featuring :

5 open hygiene bays 2 private operatories , and 1 dedicated surgery room

TVs and computers in every room to enhance patient experience

State-of-the-art technology including intraoral scanners 3D printers digital panoramic , and CBCT imaging

3 dedicated OR days per month for hospital-based cases

Supportive, well-trained clinical and administrative team

Current provider is relocating, creating an excellent opportunity for a motivated pediatric dentist to step into a well-run, high-demand practice

Schedule & Structure

4-day work week

Monday through Thursday

No weekends

Autonomy and flexibility within a collaborative environment

Compensation & Benefits

Open to both W2 employment or 1099 contractor models
