We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide informed recommendations to guests.
