hubergroup USA, a global leader in printing inks, coatings, and related products, is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Key Account Coordinator to join our team.
Role Objective :
- Ensure seamless technical customer service and smooth coordination between the American customer, the US plants, and the European KAM / Technical Account Manager.
- Guarantee technical excellence, on-time implementation of customer requirements, and proactive problem-solving on a technical level.
Core Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the KA customer in the USA.Coordinate technical requirements, change requests, and troubleshooting between the American customer, the US plants, and the European Technical Account Manager (TAM) as well as the KAM.Gather, structure, and forward technical requirements from America to Europe; translate technical specifications and terminology.Monitor delivery deadlines, technical specifications, quality requirements, and compliance requirements from the customer's perspective.Organize and moderate regular technical calls / meetings with the customers and internal stakeholders in Europe.Maintain technical documentation, specifications, FAT / SAT plans, validations, and approval processes.Escalation management : identify technical risks early, develop corrective measures, and clearly communicate status and next steps.Support process optimization : identify improvement opportunities based on customer feedback; collaborate with European plants for implementation.Cooperate with the European KAM / TAM to plan region-specific sales and service activities.Required Skills and Qualifications :
Technical background : engineering or related field; in-depth knowledge of the Key Account products / processes.Experience in technical sales or Key Account Management, ideally with international customer interaction.Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); ability to translate technical content clearly and understandably.Problem-solving oriented, proactive, with a strong service mindset.Ability to coordinate across different time zones (USA – Europe).Confidentiality, compliance awareness, and quality orientation.Analytical skills, basic knowledge of relevant IT systems (ERP, CRM, PLM) and MS Office / reporting tools.Willingness to travel occasionally within the USA and to European sites as needed.Preferred Knowledge :
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the US region (e.g., FDA / safety specifics depending on the industry).Experience with international supply chains, manufacturing processes, validation (IQ / OQ / PQ), and FAT / SAT procedures.Familiarity with Key Account products and their technical specifications.If you're ready to make an impact on the printing industry, apply today!
