About The Position

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions to determine functional limitations and treatment needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients improve self-care, work-related, and leisure skills.

Use therapeutic activities and adaptive equipment to enhance patients’ abilities and promote independence.

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home programs and strategies to support ongoing progress.

Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited OT program.

Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in [State].

Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) .

Current CPR / BLS certification.

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in electronic documentation systems preferred.
