Pride Health is hiring for an Certified Surgical Tech to support our clients medical facility based in Rochester, MN . This is a local contract or travel contract opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Details :

• Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments for procedures
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to aseptic techniques throughout surgeries
• Assist surgeons and surgical team during procedures by anticipating needs and handling instruments
• Ensure proper sterilization and organization of surgical equipment before, during, and after cases
• Adapt to changing conditions and unpredictable situations within the perioperative setting
• Communicate effectively and empathetically with team members and patients
• Float between surgical specialties to provide support where needed
