Job descriptionPlan pipe installation sequencing with the project superintendent and management Supervise daily activities of staff and subcontractors Operate heavy equipment for excavating, installing, and backfilling pipes and culverts Use instruments like lasers and levels to set pipe installation grades Inspect work to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules 3 + years of Foreman experience REQUIRED Wet utilities experience REQUIRED OSHA 30 REQUIRED Valid driver’s license, Insurable motor vehicle record - clean driving record REQUIRED CPR / First Aid, Confined Space, and Maricopa County Rule 310 Basic Certification CDL preferred Skilled in operating heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, bulldozers, backhoes) Knowledge of traffic regulations and safety near highways Medical, Dental, Vision, and Accident / Critical Illness coverage 401k, Weekly Pay, Paid Time Off, Sick Time Pay Values People Values People\r\n\r\nEnsuring the safety and well-being of our people and their families is a core value at Kinkaid Civil.
