We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated leader with a strong background in technology and cybersecurity risk assessment to become a part of our Tech Audit team. This role focuses on integrated audits of critical technology functions, including payment networks, cloud technologies, application controls, and cybersecurity risks.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and execute comprehensive audits of technology functions, cloud infrastructures, emerging technologies, and cybersecurity, including managing small to medium-sized integrated audits.
Conduct risk assessments, design and implement audit procedures, and assess the effectiveness of existing controls while identifying areas for improvement.
Understand and evaluate the wider implications of various risks affecting our business and critical technology operations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, effectively communicating audit findings through concise reports and presentations.
Prepare and organize documentation to support audit activities, ensuring clarity and thoroughness.
Manage multiple priorities efficiently and deliver results on time.
Collaborate with team members and take proactive initiatives to enhance work processes.
Provide clear communication about audit progress and findings to clients and leadership.
Oversee engagement administration, including budget and hours tracking.
Mentor and coach less experienced team members through on-the-job training and guidance.

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
At least 7 years in information technology, information security, risk management, or auditing within the banking or financial services sector.
At least 4 years experience leading teams or managing audits and project initiatives.
Experience analyzing data for trends and patterns, including at least 1 year in test scripting or coding.
Experience with cloud computing and risk management for at least 2 years.
At least 2 years of people management experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
Certifications related to Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Technology Operations (e.g., CISSP, CISM).
Certifications in Auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA).
7+ years of experience with IT control frameworks.
2+ years in planning and leading audits.
Experience auditing cyber or information security for at least 2 years.
Experience auditing emerging technologies for 2+ years.
4+ years in cloud computing and controls, or conducting audits in cloud environments.
Experience in risk and data management for 4+ years.
Experience with data analysis to support internal auditing for 4+ years.
Experience with payment technologies (e.g., Mobile Payments, Tokenization) for at least 2 years.
Please note : This role offers a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days in-person attendance at one of our offices, with virtual work on Fridays. The location of Primary Office includes Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; McLean, VA; New York, NY; Plano, TX; Richmond, VA; and Riverwoods, IL.
