• Patient Demographics : Female, All adult ages, pregnancies, well women, GYN.
• Patient Volume : 15-17 (OP)
• Monthly deliveries : 10-15; May increase slightly
• Annual Deliveries : 94
• C-sections / year : approx. 40
• Admissions : 0-1 (IP); TBD (OP)
• % of Practice : 95% FP
• Support Staff : Supervisor, MA, Clerks
• Specialty Back-up : General Surgeon on Call that can close C-section.
• Required Procedures :       - C-sections, OB procedures & minor family practice procedures.
• EMR : Cerner
• Other Info :       - Will not be responsible for supervising healthcare providers.       - Need someone who can do both FP and OB.
