Akkodis is seeking a Data Center Lead for a Contract-to-hire job with a client in Pryor, OK. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a technology or data center environment.

Rate Range : $25.85 / hour to $28.85 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Data Center Lead responsibilities include :

Oversee and govern the onboarding process for new associates, including training coordination and laptop activation.

Monitor associate engagement and retention, implementing initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Provide comprehensive administrative oversight including timekeeping, reporting, performance management, and benefits administration.

Ensure adequate staffing levels of contractor personnel at the facility throughout the services term.

Manage compliance and discipline issues including access card suspensions, HR escalations, attendance policies, and performance improvement plans.

Desired Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

5–7+ years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a technology or data center setting.

Strong organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Demonstrated commitment to confidentiality and data security.

Pay Details : $25.85 to $28.85 per hour
