About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Business Development Strategy to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in influencing the firm's business development direction and performance, with a focus on centralizing and formalizing initiatives to support growth and expansion. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to shape and implement strategies, particularly in the areas of CRM platform rollout, market research implementation, and industry-focused growth strategies. A key responsibility will be to launch a coordinated client engagement model to deepen relationships and enhance long-term impact.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus, and 5-7+ years of professional experience, preferably in sales, marketing, or strategic growth within a consulting or nonprofit environment. They should be adept at developing and executing business plans, possess strong communication skills, and have experience with CRM systems. An entrepreneurial mindset and a drive to build and scale new initiatives are essential. The role requires a strategic and hands-on approach, blending visionary thinking with operational execution, and the ability to collaborate with firm executives to shape the organization's growth agenda.
