Product Manager, Civil Operations AI, BI & Analytics

What You Will Do

As a Product Manager, you will join our Civil Operations team to lead the creation and development of cutting-edge solutions for the civil construction and infrastructure industries. You will be at the forefront of leveraging AI, Business Intelligence (BI), and advanced analytics to create intelligent, interconnected workflows.

Your primary focus will be transforming raw operational data into clear, actionable insights for our customers. You will also be instrumental in evolving our core fleet / asset management and e-forms capabilities, ensuring our platforms are powerful and intuitive tools for managing civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and articulate the product strategy and roadmap for AI, BI, and Analytics features within the Civil Operations portfolio.
• Conduct market research and engage with customers to identify pain points and opportunities for data-driven solutions.
• Translate customer needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive the development of machine learning models and predictive analytics tools that optimize civil operations.
• Lead the design and implementation of BI dashboards and reporting tools for real-time project insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new capabilities seamlessly across our platform ecosystem.
• Enhance the fleet / asset management and e-forms functionality, focusing on data capture, utilization tracking, and user experience.

Compensation :

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

Hiring Range : $105,682.00$142,676.00
