Investor Services Consultant

A company is looking for an Investor Services Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate investor onboarding processes and maintain accurate records in client systems

Manage ongoing account activities, including document uploads and communication with stakeholders

Monitor and respond to investor requests while ensuring compliance and quality service

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
