Ascendo Resources is hiring : Design Associate in Miami-Dade County

An Internationally acclaimed design consulting firm based in Miami are looking to hire a Design Associate with 2+ years REVIT Software experience.

• Must be bilingual English / Spanish
• Will lead and contribute to the design and execution of luxury projects. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with a passion for innovation, technical excellence, and creative leadership
• You will work closely with our principal designers to conceptualize, develop, and oversee project delivery from start to finish, engaging directly with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Develop creative concepts
• Produce design drawings, technical plans, and presentation materials.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
• Lead design reviews and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and luxury standards while respecting budgets and timelines.
• Mentor junior designers and drafters, fostering team development
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering , or a closely related field.
• Genesis University coursework or certification (or a related recognized certificate) is highly preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD , SketchUp , Adobe Creative Suite, and / or 3D modeling software (skills will be tested).
• Strong creative design sense with excellent technical and construction knowledge.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and project management skills.
