Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related roles

Expertise in equity compensation and understanding of the unique challenges faced by startup employees

Proven track record in client relationship management with high-net-worth individuals

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; CFP designation or advanced degree is a plus
