ONCOLOGY REGISTERED NURSE

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cancer Care Team. This role demands clinical excellence and unwavering compassion. The Oncology RN will be responsible for administering chemotherapy and other specialized treatments, closely monitoring patient vitals and therapeutic responses, and proactively managing side effects to ensure optimal outcomes. The nurse will deliver clear, empathetic education to patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and self-care, while providing consistent emotional support throughout the treatment process. Collaboration is key; this position works in tandem with oncologists, pharmacists, nurse navigators, and social workers to develop and execute comprehensive care plans. REQUIREMENTS :

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Current license within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse with Oncology certification preferred; current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation; current ACLS certification or certification within one year of hire; Three years of experience as an RN with two years of experience in Oncology, Hematology, or BMT experience preferred
