Aviation Deicing Fleet Technician — Denver International (DEN)

Pay, hours, location
$28.00 per hour (Starting pay : $28.00 / hr.)Full-time at Denver International Airport (DEN)May–Sept. : Monday–Thursday, 4 x 10-hour days, 0500–1530Oct.–Apr. : Rotating shifts based on operational needsWhat you’ll work on
Deicer trucks and GRV (Glycol Recovery Vehicle) trucksSupport vehicles and ground service equipmentYour impact
Own local maintenance scheduling and performance to keep assets dependable.Carry out the full scope of skilled maintenance technician duties using manuals, parts catalogs, schematics, blueprints, and drawings.Diagnose electrical and hydraulic faults and resolve them within defined timeframes.Document work with complete, accurate records; perform both scheduled and unscheduled inspections.Must-haves
High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age 18.Ability to speak and hear efficiently; read, write, understand, and provide verbal direction in English.Basic to intermediate computer proficiency.Your own basic tool set (sockets / wrenches) up to 1" and up to 1 / 2" drive.Strong organization and time management to handle multiple priorities.Knowledge of fluid types, diesel-powered machinery, and tools—their design, use, repair, and maintenance.Professional discretion with confidential information; ability to interact tactfully with employees and client reps.Hands-on experience with standard / specialty tools and diagnostic equipment (photo tachometer, diagnostic tools and hardware, scanners, meters).Valid driver’s license.Willingness to travel to other IDS stations when needed (TDY).Perks and support
