Job Description
A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Paralegal to join their dynamic litigation team. This is a high-impact role supporting complex, high-stakes matters from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings deep litigation experience, particularly in trust and estate disputes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Coordinate with attorneys, experts, and opposing counsel
- Manage high-volume discovery, including e-discovery platforms
- Conduct legal research and summarize depositions and transcripts
- Provide onsite trial and hearing support
- Prepare exhibits, trial notebooks, and organize case files
- Handle filings across state, federal, and administrative courts
