Job descriptionRack and un-rack aluminum parts onto finishing lines. Inspect materials for defects and report issues. Handle parts carefully to avoid damage. Maintain a safe and organized work area. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet. Attention to detail and quality. Dependable and team-oriented. Willingness to work overtime as scheduled. About the Job : Racker / Un-Racker :
Location : Union, MO.
Schedule : Full-Time.
About Us :
Our racking team prepares aluminum parts for finishing processes, ensuring proper handling and care of materials.
Work Schedule :
- Monday–Thursday : 10-hour shifts (4x10s).
- Friday : 8-hour shift (overtime).
- Total : 48 hours per week, including 8 hours of guaranteed overtime.
- Note : This schedule reflects current business needs. Overtime may decrease in the winter, but for the foreseeable future, Friday work is standard.
