We are hiring a full-time, fully benefited Field Case Manager to meet with patients at physicians' offices during their recovery process. We are willing to train!

Requirements :

• CA Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous Case Management or Home Health experience
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite effectively (Outlook, Word, Excel)
