RENTAL MANAGER

Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Rental Manager in Charlottesville, Virginia. The Rental Manager is responsible for managing and controlling the rental store / stores to ensure a safe, efficient and profitable operation to support the rental store / stores and corporate objectives by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate Team Members. Seeking candidates with a minimum of three years' management experience in a service related industry; Minimum of two years supervisory experience; Experience in the Rental Equipment Industry preferred; Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferred.

Physical requirements must be met for the Rental Manager job, including the ability sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Able to lift, carry and maneuver items up to 20 pounds in weight.
