PARAMEDIC:
Milton Freewater Rural Fire Department and Ambulance Service is accepting applications for the position of Paramedic.
Milton Freewater is a farming community in Eastern Oregon. Cost of living is among the lowest in the State. Near Blue mountains with prime hiking, hunting and fishing. Near the Snake and Columbia Rivers. New schools. We are looking for motivated people that want to become part of our community. Very flexible schedules and work environment.
Employees are required to live within 5 miles of the Main fire station.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED. Current Oregon or National Registry Paramedic certificate.
PARAMEDIC REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
Possession of, or ability to obtain a valid Oregon driver's license within 60 days.
Candidate must maintain Oregon certification, at least to the level of certification at time of hire, as a condition of employment for this position. Any other equivalent education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of formal education and experience requirements listed above. Equivalency will be at the sole discretion of the Chief Officers.
Current Oregon or National Registry Paramedic.
WAGE: To be determined by certifications, qualifications and experience.
Salary $ 71,500.00
401K and Health (medical, dental, vision) Insurance. There is a one-year probation period.
