The role also includes handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and professionally.

Proficiency with various postal tools and software systems.Strong customer service skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
