Join BJC Medical Group as Primary Care Physician for the Missouri Baptist Medical Center Internal Medicine Residency Program located in the highly sought after St. Louis County seeks an Internal Medicine Physician to join the Internal Medicine Residency Program for academic and clinic duties. The continuity clinic space is a brand-new practice and was recently remodeled in an effort to drive the most state-of-the-art facilities and to streamline the patient and Resident experience. Our group practice features an ever-growing patient population with increasing needs in the exponentially growing.
Practice Details :
- Outpatient only position
- FTE = 0.7 Clinical & 0.3 Academic
- Support BJC Medical Group Residency Program with rotating residents through the clinic
- Excellent specialty referrals
- ZERO call schedule
- New clinic with experienced providers and program partners
- Two-year guarantee followed by a wRVU compensation model
- 4 weeks paid time off
- CME Allowance
- Paid Malpractice Insurance with tail coverage provided
- Up to $125,000 Student Loan Reimbursement
- EPIC EMR + AI enhancements
- Must have experience as an attending physician

Role Purpose
The physician will provide professional medical services within the practicing Specialty to the best of physician’s ability through direct patient care and spend additional time as necessary to perform other related duties such as completing medical records, providing MyChart consultations and inbasket management, conducting patient-specific education and collaborating with advanced practice providers and care team members.
