Supportive Leadership & Team Environment

Your Role :

Deliver high-quality respiratory care to help patients reach their recovery goals

Conduct and interpret pulmonary function tests

Develop treatment plans in collaboration with physicians

Operate and manage ventilators, aerosol generators, and therapeutic gas systems

Supervise and guide support staff (aides, technicians, assistants)

Evaluate and document treatment effectiveness

Support discharge planning with the interdisciplinary team

What You’ll Need :

Valid Ohio RT license

Experience in respiratory, emergency, or intensive care (preferred)

Compassion, communication skills, and clinical competence
