Mortgage Loan Servicing

This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties for the Mortgage Loan Servicing Department including processing loan payments, maintaining related data, and preparing and review various reports. To provide high quality customer service, cross-sell Bank services, and perform other various duties as described below.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist customers with loan payments and field customer questions
• Complete daily review of loan reports and file maintenance
• Prepare various internal and external loan reports
• Process loan payments
• Handle payoff requests on consumer and real estate loans
• Complete HMDA auditing and reporting
• Fund and balance secondary loan market sales
• Board new consumer and real estate loans onto servicing platform
• Commit and audit imaging of consumer and real estate loan documents
