What You'll Do

• Lead annual and periodic budgeting and forecasting for the Orthopaedics Franchise
• Deliver monthly financial reports and variance analyses to track performance and uncover trends
• Develop dynamic financial models for new products, R&D, pricing, and customer growth initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally to identify cost savings and strategic investment opportunities
• Create standardized financial dashboards and tools to enhance visibility and efficiency
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support data-driven decisions
• Conduct financial performance reviews with business unit leaders to ensure goals are met
