Cell and Molecular Biology Technician

A company is looking for a Research Technician in Cell and Molecular Biology.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine experimental protocols and procedures in the wet lab

Maintain tissue culture, including stem cells and stem cell-derived cells

Support team members with routine cell culture procedures and conduct molecular and cell biology experiments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in biochemistry or molecular cell biology with at least three years of laboratory experience

Trained in aseptic techniques in a laminar flow biosafety cabinet

Significant expertise in cell culture maintenance, freezing, thawing, and passaging

Proficiency in biochemical assays such as Western blot, immunofluorescence, and flow cytometry

Skilled in molecular biology techniques including RNA extraction and RT-qPCR
