Orthopedic Surgeon – Locum Tenens (Iowa)

Job Overview : Orthopedic Surgeon needed one week per month for locums coverage in Iowa, commencing January 2025. This is a locum tenens assignment with potential transition to permanent placement.

Base Pay Range

$100.00 / hr – $1,000.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• Coverage needed beginning January 2025 for one week per month, ongoing.
• Provide General Orthopedic care including fracture care and infection care.
• Work Mon‑Fri with weekend on‑call shift Friday 5p‑Monday 8a.
• Average 2-3 cases per day, 96% adult cases and 4% pediatric / adolescent cases.
