The Springs in Happy Valley is hiring a Full-time Evening Concierge position.

Positions Available :

One Part-time Overnight Shift : Saturday and Sunday 10 : 00PM - 6 : 00AM
On-Call Position

We are seeking candidate with a blend of customer service, problem-solving abilities, and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities of Evening Concierges include :

Greeting residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and compassion

Provide helpful assistance for residents with items such as troubleshooting tv's, phones, laptops, minor maintenance assistance, minor housekeeping tasks

Respond to resident needs with care, kindness, and efficiency

Acting as a first responder to resident emergency calls, including calling 911 on the resident's behalf if needed

Administrative tasks such as making and distributing flyers, managing room reservations, responding to emails

Answering resident questions

Monitoring security cameras

Answering phone calls

Maintaining clean and organized spaces surrounding concierge desk

Delivering packages and newspapers

Covering reception desk as needed for breaks

Assisting other departments as needed

Qualifications :

Prior experience in Customer Service

Ability to use technology include desktop computer, landline phones, cell phone, and various computer programs

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from residents, staff, and visitors

Ability to prioritize and complete assignments

Ability to interpret written or verbal instructions

Ability to solve practical problems
