Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Engineer in the optical industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing various projects from start to finish. You will also be responsible for performing rigorous QA / QC reviews of all engineering work under your supervision. Your strong leadership skills will shine as you guide junior engineers through the design and production process. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to prepare and present technical fee proposals for new projects.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate for this Technical Support Engineer role brings a wealth of experience in the field. With 8 to 12 years of experience in technical support engineering, you have proven your ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively. Your strong knowledge of building codes and standards will be invaluable in this role. Your expertise in structural analysis and design software such as Revit, RAM Structural System, RISA etc., will be put to good use as you oversee the production of technical documents.
