Job Title : Bilingual Sales Representative – Staffing Agency
Location : Miami, FL
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Position Summary :
We’re seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years of experience in the staffing / recruiting industry , and will be responsible for generating new business, setting appointments, and visiting clients to expand our footprint across South Florida.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and decision makers in English and Spanish.
- Qualify leads, set up appointments, and coordinate meetings (in-office and onsite).
- Conduct client visits and presentations to understand staffing needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting and operations teams to ensure seamless service and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed established sales targets (appointment volume, new clients, revenue growth).
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular updates on sales activities and results.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications :
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).At least 3 years of sales experience within the staffing or recruiting industry.Proven track record of business development, cold calling, appointment setting, and closing new clients.Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, goal oriented, and comfortable working independently.Ability to travel locally within the Miami area for client visits.Proficient with CRM systems and MS Office tools.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Preferred : Candidates with an existing book of business or established client relationships within the staffing industry.Compensation :
Base salary range : $60,000 – $75,000 per year (depending on experience) + uncapped commission / bonus potential.Competitive commission structure based on new business revenue and client growth.Benefits package including health, PTO, and paid holidays.Why Join Us?
