What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair:
  • Brakes
  • Suspension
  • Engine systems
  • Electrical systems
  • HVAC / A/C
  • Emissions systems
• Perform maintenance and inspections (VMI)
• Clearly explain issues and recommendations to customers
• Maintain productivity and shop efficiency
• Follow all safety and company standards
• Support teammates and contribute to a winning culture
• Continue developing your technical skills

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months-1 year technician experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service ability
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including Saturdays)

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
• Ability to operate vehicles and shop equipment
• Comfortable using computers for service documentation
