About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Call Center Virtual Assistant to support our mortgage refinancing outreach. The VA will be responsible for dialing prospects from provided lists and engaging them in conversations about refinancing opportunities. The goal is to generate interest, qualify leads, and connect prospects with our team for further discussions.
