Senior Analyst

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Trade Management Digital Assets team within Middle Office, Global Investment Operations. The successful candidate will support operational processes for blockchain-based assets and cryptocurrencies, focusing on trade settlement, reconciliation, and custody within the context of T. Rowe Price's innovative financial products. The position requires strong operational acumen, risk awareness, and adaptability to evolving digital asset technologies and regulatory environments.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure accurate trade capture, settlement, and reconciliation of digital asset transactions across custodians and counterparties.
• Liaise with custodians, liquidity providers, and internal teams to resolve operational exceptions.
• Collaborate with portfolio management, front office, compliance, and technology teams to perform continued review / enhancement of controls and risk mitigation.
• Support onboarding and integration of new service providers and perform due diligence / oversight of existing vendors.
• Assist with development, operational support, and documentation of procedures for new asset launches.
• Track regulatory developments and industry best practices affecting digital asset.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and control enhancements.

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.

$85,000.00 - $145,000.00 for the location of : Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers $93,500.00 - $159,000.00 for the location of : Washington, D.C. $106,000.00 - $181,000.00 for the location of : New York, California Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
